As I mentioned in my post yesterday, after going to the Plainville Hot Air Balloon Festival, I spent the afternoon with my youngest at Harbor Yard to see the Bluefish play the Lancaster Barnstormers.
It was a sloppily played game, with 7 errors, and the Barnstormers defeated the Bluefish 8-5 to complete a sweep of the 3 game series.
With a double, triple, and homer, Fred Lewis was one hit shy of the cycle.
After the game, J.R. Towles had his contract picked up by the Texas Rangers
Even though this was a photo-based meetup with the folks at Milford Photo, I didn’t take that many shots. I chose to just sit back and enjoy a nice sunny afternoon with my daughter.
