On Monday, Wilbur Cross tested Bunnell’s resolve, but the fifth-seeded Bulldogs displayed no signs of slowing down. At this point, they look to be speeding up after an 81-70 victory that has the Bulldogs in the semifinals for the third straight season.
Point guard Ryan Pittman led the Bulldogs with 22 points, including 14 after halftime. Rashaad Spain and forward Pat Gough scored 20 and 10, respectively.
