Last year, we had the good fortune of watching doves nest in one of our flower baskets hanging over our patio. It was amazing watching the babies grow until they were ready to fly off.
Earlier this spring, the doves came back, and laid a couple of eggs again. Unfortunately, they were poached by a couple of blue jays.
A few weeks ago, the doves came back, and the babies hatched just a few days ago – I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to watch this all over again…
